A Mooresville Americana Evening
Do you remember when times were slow, Coca-Colas were sold in small bottles, colorful steel and porcelain signs advertised soft drinks, motor oil, tires and gas?  When you stepped up to a country store counter with a real copper cash register and paid for your freshly ground coffee or your hard candy sold a penny a bag?  If this strikes a nostalgic cord, come relax in Mooresville and toast yesterday with drinks and appetizers by the fire in Woody Peebles’ party barn and view his collection of Americana from the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s.  Then enjoy dinner and dessert at Mooresville’s charming restaurant, Limestone Bay Trading Company, with its collection of country store memorabilia.  Available on a mutually convenient date.  Best times are when weather is cold.  Expires 3-14-2010.
